Released Musicians. A released agency.
This is what the youngest project of TONALi, the TONALiSTEN Agency fulfills.
It's noncommercial. It's pursuing encouragement of talented musicians. It's taking care of young careers as well as building up a young, involved classical audience. The raised can become sponsors. A circuit model is becoming effective.

How does it work?
Classical music stars are becoming trustees of the agency. Trustees (musicians, foundations, organizers, former musicians of the agency) are financing the agency through donations. The young talented musicians, the best of Germany, (maximum age 26) see themselves as cultural and musical intermediator, as creatives who change the concert life to maintain the classical concert. The young musicians motivate young student managers to organize concerts themselves for their colleagues, for young people. The know-how will be provided by the TONALi-Tour Project which brings promoters, schools and artists in participative processes.

Very very Different
The TONALiSTEN Agency does not correlate with the conventional business model of an artist agency. Both sides (musicians and agency) are independent from one another. The agency is not taking any commission from the concerts of their musician. No commercial interests are existing. Everyone is released.
