Ujście Warty Landscape Park, also, Warta River Mouth Landscape Park, is a protected area in western Poland, along the lower stretches of the Warta river as it approaches its confluence with the Odra . The Park was established in 1996.The Park is mostly within Lubusz Voivodeship, although it also extends northwards along the east bank of the Odra into West Pomeranian Voivodeship . It borders the Ujście Warty National Park, which was established in 2001 . The name Ujście Warty means "mouth of the Warta", the Polish word ujście also being used for the termination of a river even when it flows into another river or lake rather than the sea.
