Weingut A. J. Adam

Steep, south facing vineyards that are rich with grey slate and the windings of the river Mosel shape the image of the Dhron valley in which our family run winery A. J. Adam is situated since its founding days back in 2000. After receiving the degree for viticulture and oenology, cultivating and increasing the number of vineyards in Dhron and the Piesporter Goldtröpfchen were the main aim in order to achieve the grapes suiting the style of our wines the best. Since 2013, A. J. Adam is not a one-man run winery anymore after Barbara joined with her freshly achieved degree from Geisenheim University. Together we are now cultivating 4.5 hectares - one of which is our proudly owned monopole vineyard Dhroner Häs’chen.
