Welcoming English

The Welcoming English communication training program consists of 10 units, each covering a different aspect of hotel work (please contact me for a complete Program Outline). After each staff member is assessed to determine their current English skills, an individual training plan will be developed, detailing which units they need based on their abilities and job requirements.

For example, members of the housekeeping staff who have minimal contact with guests may require only two or three units specific to their jobs. Reception staff, who must be able to manage a wide variety of situations, may benefit from a more comprehensive five-unit program, followed up with ongoing English development sessions. Each unit is fully customized for every hotel, with specialized topics and vocabulary added or removed as needed. This approach ensures that training be relevant, results-oriented, and cost-effective.
