Winnetou360 unterhält sich mit seinem Schöpfer Karl May in der Unsterblichkeit:
"Da du mich mit so herausragenden Eigenschaften ausgestattet hast, darfst du dich nicht wundern, wenn ich davon Gebrauch mache. Scharlieh, wir müssen reden!"

Fulldome-Theater mit Karl-May-Episoden mit digitaler 360-Grad Projektion, Spatial Sound, Schattentanz, Erzähler, Schau- und Hörspiel live. Dazu ein Auftritt des Männerchors Collegium Canticum Dresden unter der Leitung von Klaus Holzweißig u.a. mit Karl Mays "Ave Maria", welches beim Tode Winnetous erklang.
Die Premiere des Fulldome-Theaters "Winnetou360" findet zur Eröffnung des 11. FullDome Festivals im Zeiss-Planetarium Jena statt. Es gibt nur diese eine Aufführung!

The fulldome theater show "Winnetou360" (Scharlieh, we need to talk …) will premiere at the grand opening of the 11. FullDome Festival at the Zeiss-Planetarium Jena, May 17th, 7.30 p.m.
The play features adventurous stories by German author Karl May (1841 – 1912) . His life and his most popular creation, the native chief “Winnetou”, are the focus of digital episodes in 360 degrees, spatial sound design, shadow dance, narration and performances by the magnificent “Collegium Canticum Dresden” choir.

The festival is organized by the new Fulldome Festival Foundation, where international full dome shows are presented and the evolution of immersive 360-degree media is being discussed. The fulldome theatre show at the opening night is designed by students of Bauhaus-University Weimar in cooperation with other artists under the direction of immersive media Professor Micky Remann.
